Return Policy
What if you need to return your purchase?
You may return new items sold by Aluminum Carrier.Com within 30 days for a refund, minus any shipping costs incurred. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of the item(s).
Please Note: If the item you purchased had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. When returning an item the customer is responsible for shipping all of the purchased items back. To arrange a return just call us at 1-888-651-3431 and we will guide you through the process. We will help you determine what the correct product is if you ordered the wrong item.
*Note:* You must contact our Customer Service staff before returning an item so that we can give you your RMA# and Authorize the return!
Items that are Not Returnable
Aluminum Carrier.Com DOES NOT accept returns of the following items:
- Modular wheelchair ramps
- Any type of custom ordered item
- Items not purchased from Aluminum Carrier.Com
- Any item that has obvious signs of use or abuse or is missing parts & pieces
- Trailer hitches that have been installed. (25% restock fee applies to new uninstalled trailer hitches)
- Clearance items – (clearance items are clearly advertised as clearance items so you will know before you buy.)
- All items from specific manufacturers: (listed below - items from these manufacturers have a non-returnable notice posted on the order pages)
