Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. There are several different return processing locations around the country that your product may need to be returned to so please call for the proper shipping address for returning your product. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee charge plus freight both ways. Items returned in damaged or severely used condition which cannot be resold as new have a 30% restock fee. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition.
